I would highly recommend 3:12. Ryan is very good at communicating both in planning and executing the project. I was particularly impressed that he went out of his way to warn us about potential issues that could come up during our extended patio renovation so we were prepared for potential budget adjustments that were beyond his control, rather than being blindsided with additional work and costs that another contractor may not have been able to anticipate. Ryan and everyone he worked with was extremely accommodating and considerate of our home and everyone in it and the finished product is fantastic. We will definitely be calling them again when the time comes.
